Call Centre Recruiter – CSR Hiring

About the role

Translation Empire PK is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead the hiring of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for its call centre operations. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Rawalpindi and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates who thrive in a call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for CSR positions, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidates meet the person specification.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
• Promote the company’s employer brand within the local call‑centre talent pool.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting CSR candidates in the call‑centre sector.
• Strong understanding of call‑centre work environments and the competencies required for success.
• Relevant academic background (HR, Psychology, MBA or related fields).
