Calling Agent - Customer Support

About the role

Idealancy.pk, an online retail store in Pakistan selling household and kitchen products, is hiring a Calling Agent for its customer support team. The position is based in North Nazimabad, E Block, Karachi, full time and onsite, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Make order confirmation calls and other order-related calls.
• Collect customer feedback and follow up on customer concerns.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order status and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate qualification; minimum high school diploma, with further study in business, communication or a related field an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, call handling or telecalling; previous call center or customer support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay punctual and maintain a professional work ethic.
• Proficiency in the languages used by Karāchi customers and basic computer literacy for CRM or call systems.

Required skills

• Strong customer support and communication skills, with clear and confident phone communication.
• Basic troubleshooting to help customers with orders, products or processes.
• Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a busy retail or e-commerce setting.
