About the role
Evosol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Calling Agent to join its Karachi team and support sales and business outreach activities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing software, web, and app development services.
- Understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in company systems.
- Handle customer questions professionally and forward technical queries to the relevant team.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead‑generation, follow‑up, and sales targets.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with confident, professional speaking ability.
- Previous call‑centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment and willingness to work from the Karachi office.
