Captain – Airline Pilot

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Captain to command scheduled flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and passenger comfort. The Captain will lead the flight crew, make critical decisions, and uphold the airline’s positive corporate image.

Key responsibilities

• Fly the assigned aircraft between destinations in accordance with approved flight plans and schedules.
• Prioritize safety, efficiency and passenger comfort on every flight.
• Conduct pre‑flight briefings and ensure all crew members are informed of flight details, technical status, weather, fuel and weight distribution.
• Coordinate with co‑pilots, dispatch and maintenance engineers to verify aircraft readiness and address any technical issues.
• Implement fuel‑efficient flight operations while staying within safety constraints.
• Oversee safety, security, fuel and transit checks before, during and after each flight.
• Direct crew response to safety or security irregularities and decide on escalations when necessary.
• Ensure all required documentation, logs and manuals are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with airline and civil aviation regulations.

Required profile

• Maintain required fitness, grooming and legal qualifications for flight operations.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and guide flight and cabin crew effectively.
• Capable of conducting thorough pre‑flight briefings and coordinating with dispatch and maintenance teams.
