About the role
National Foods Limited is seeking a Category Planning Analyst to support revenue planning and trade execution. The role involves validating demand outputs, managing trade expenditure, and providing field teams with timely stock and target information to drive commercial efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate S&OP process output files against CDR discussions, ensuring accurate demand signals.
- Compile and validate bottom‑up planning files, reconciling discrepancies to produce an actionable demand baseline.
- Validate topline revenue, volumes, and tonnage across categories and SKUs before execution.
- Develop and maintain primary and secondary target splits aligned with AOP and budget parameters.
- Track and monitor trade expenditure against yearly and MTD budgets, providing spend analysis for decision‑making.
