Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) – Free Training Program

About the role

ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is offering a free, full‑time training program in Karachi for fresh graduates and students who want to start a career in customer service. Participants will become Certified Customer Service Professionals (CCSP) and gain the skills needed to work with leading local and international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Master written, verbal and non‑verbal communication, grammar and fluency.
• Develop fast and accurate typing and essential computer skills for customer‑service tasks.
• Learn to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and OMS (Order Management Systems) platforms.
• Prepare for recruitment through mock interviews and weekly assessments.
• Demonstrate professional communication, pronunciation and confidence when handling customers.
• Collaborate with industry trainers and prepare to represent Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley companies.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric or O‑Levels qualification (Bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus).
• Age 18 years or older (CNIC required at interview).
• Basic English grammar and verbal skills (minimum A1/A2 level).
• Basic computer usage and typing ability.
• Strong willingness to learn, a can‑do attitude and teamwork orientation.
