Chat Support Specialist – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic females in Pakistan to join our remote team as Chat Support Specialists. This entry‑level position involves handling a high volume of customer chats and emails, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming chat and email inquiries, including complaints, order status, and general questions.
• Provide product, pricing, delivery, warranty, and return information in line with company policies.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear solutions.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Record interactions in CRM, order management and knowledge‑base systems.
• Meet performance targets such as NPS, CSAT and average handling time.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Matric/O Levels (higher education a plus).
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 40 WPM).
• Reliable internet connection (≥100 Mbps) and a dedicated quiet workspace.
• Age 18 + with valid CNIC for verification.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, order management and knowledge‑base software.
