Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

Scrubs.pk, a leading medical apparel brand in Pakistan, is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the company’s strategic, operational and commercial growth. Reporting directly to the board, the CEO will shape the long‑term roadmap, drive market expansion and ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3‑5 year strategic plan to increase market share and expand institutional sales to hospitals and clinics.
• Lead product development, supply‑chain and vendor strategies to maintain quality, control costs and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
• Oversee brand, e‑commerce and retail channel strategies to boost direct‑to‑consumer sales and corporate partnerships.
• Set financial targets, manage P&L, optimise margins and allocate capital effectively.
• Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing senior leadership team, establishing KPIs and a performance‑driven culture.
• Negotiate institutional contracts and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics and distributors.
• Ensure compliance with medical‑apparel regulations and institutional procurement standards in Pakistan.
• Represent the company to the board, investors and key stakeholders, leading investor relations and major commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Prior CEO, Managing Director or senior executive experience in retail, apparel or healthcare‑supply sectors with proven revenue and margin growth.
• Strong commercial acumen: P&L management, pricing strategy, margin optimisation and contract negotiation.
• Extensive supply‑chain and vendor‑management expertise, focusing on quality control and cost efficiency.
• Experience in brand building, e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Track record of building and leading senior teams, setting KPIs and fostering high performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for medical apparel in Pakistan.
• Data‑driven decision‑making, excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
