About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Karachi. The CFO will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, audit, taxation, treasury and compliance activities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Lead costing, budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
- Manage the finance team and foster effective communication across departments.
Required profile
- ACCA or CA qualification with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit, taxation, treasury and compliance.
- Proven ability to design and execute financial strategies and controls.
- Excellent communication and team‑management skills.
