Chief of Staff

About the role

NETSOL Technologies is looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution‑focused Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Global CEO. This senior leader will act as a trusted advisor, driving key initiatives, aligning the organization, and enabling the CEO to concentrate on high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute corporate strategy and monitor progress against strategic priorities.
• Manage the CEO’s agenda, coordinate executive meetings, leadership offsites, and board preparations, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
• Develop dashboards tracking KPIs across functions, analyze financial and operational performance, and present actionable insights.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Drive transformation projects, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational change.
• Draft executive speeches, presentations, internal announcements, and represent the CEO in meetings when appropriate.
• Support Board and Executive Committee meetings by preparing papers, summaries, and decision memos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or senior program management.
• Proven experience working directly with C‑suite executives, preferably in a global technology environment.
