Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will define and execute the technology, digital transformation, and AI vision for Hightech Solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, the CTO will ensure that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term technology and AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Architect scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions covering software, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Embed AI, large language models and workflow automation into products and internal processes.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, IP telephony, and cloud platforms for multiple office locations.
• Define and enforce cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance policies.
• Mentor and manage software engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.
• At least 3 years in a senior technology leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise‑scale technology teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience implementing AI solutions, large language models, and workflow automation platforms.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking, IP telephony, and multi‑site infrastructure management.
