Children’s Voiceover Artist – English Kids’ Voice Talent

About the role

We are seeking a vibrant and expressive voice actor to bring children‑focused content to life. You will lend your voice to animated series, educational apps, storybook podcasts, and playful commercials, creating engaging experiences for young audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with directors, writers, and producers to capture the desired tone and age range.
• Analyze scripts, mark up cues for emphasis, pacing, and emotion, and develop distinct character voices.
• Record high‑quality audio in a professional or home studio, ensuring clean sound, consistent levels, and proper file formats.
• Perform multiple takes, respond quickly to direction, and deliver variations as needed.
• Conduct basic audio cleanup (remove breaths, clicks) and deliver final files with correct naming conventions.
• Meet agreed deadlines and communicate proactively about any issues.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional voiceover experience with a portfolio featuring children’s content.
• Native or near‑native fluency in English and the ability to produce age‑appropriate voices.
• Reliable home studio setup with a quiet, treated space, professional microphone, audio interface, headphones, and stable internet.
• Willingness to take direction, re‑record lines, and adapt to creative changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital audio workstations such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Audacity.
• Experience using remote recording/coordination tools like Source‑Connect or Zoom.
• Knowledge of audio file formats (WAV, MP3, AIFF) and proper naming conventions.
• Basic audio editing skills for cleanup and final delivery.
