Civil Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Supervisor will lead on‑site civil activities for plant infrastructure and production facilities in Karachi South District. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all construction and maintenance work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, inspect materials and workmanship, and resolve issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and construction codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare basic progress reports, and communicate status updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for site safety and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial civil works such as foundations, structures, utility lines, and plant infrastructure.
• Strong supervisory experience leading on‑site civil teams and coordinating contractors.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, workplace safety practices, and basic construction codes.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
