Cleaner – Office & Facility Maintenance

About the role

The Cleaner will work full-time on-site in the Karachi Division, ensuring that office spaces, corridors, restrooms and common areas are kept clean, hygienic and presentable for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust and wipe surfaces throughout the premises.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Clean windows, fixtures and other designated areas as required.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, tissues and cleaning materials.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
• Maintain a tidy and professional environment for all occupants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial services in office or commercial settings.
• Ability to operate common cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Understanding of basic health, hygiene and workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and consistency.
• Capable of following instructions, working with minimal supervision and managing time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a respectful approach to colleagues and visitors.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift light to moderate loads throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in facilities services or real-estate/construction office environments is an advantage.
