Client Acquisition Assistant (Remote)

About the role

The Client Acquisition Assistant will support CF‑SOL Technologies in expanding its client base for web hosting and IT services. Working remotely, you will identify prospects, generate leads, and help move them through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients in the web hosting and IT services sectors.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social prospecting to initiate contact.
• Qualify leads, record interactions, and update the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
• Track performance against lead‑generation targets and report results.

Required profile

• Experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic understanding of web hosting, IT services, or B2B tech sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of Rs 20,000.
• Performance‑based commission starting at 10% per confirmed client, with additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.
