Client Care Professional – US Inbound Support

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Client Care Professional to join its US‑facing inbound support team in Karachi. You will be the voice of the company for American customers, delivering courteous, patient, and solution‑focused assistance during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from US customers between 6 PM and 2 AM.
• Resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the company CRM.
• Maintain high conversation quality without relying on scripted responses.
• Collaborate with the team and management to continuously improve service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English – essential for daily US customer interactions.
• Patient, composed under pressure and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Prior experience in inbound customer support, BPO, or call‑center environments is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong English and a warm phone manner are also welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for logging and tracking customer interactions.
