About the role
The Client Communication Specialist will work on‑site in Karachi, handling inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email and other channels. You will ensure timely, clear and professional communication while supporting the company’s back‑office and client support services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email and chat.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide service information and resolve issues.
- Document all interactions in internal systems or CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and follow‑up for satisfaction.
- Prepare basic written updates, notices and client‑facing messages.
- Support appointment scheduling and booking coordination.
- Meet performance targets and maintain accurate records.
- Represent Sein Connects’ service standards in every interaction.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience creating client‑facing messages and basic documentation.
- Ability to support strategic and internal communications.
- Familiarity with press releases or formal announcements is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, client support or call‑center environments preferred.
- Comfort using CRM, ticketing or other client‑management platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; American accent is a plus.
- High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in Communications, Business or related field is an asset.
