Client Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to own client relationships and delivery across a growing portfolio of AI‑focused engagements. You will act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, overseeing programs from planning through delivery while ensuring measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships with C‑suite executives and managing day‑to‑day communications.
• Own client roadmaps, project timelines, and delivery milestones, keeping internal teams accountable and identifying risks early.
• Translate complex client needs into clear problem statements and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Connect project deliverables to measurable business outcomes, framing updates around ROI, time saved, and risk reduction.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business to identify growth opportunities and expand engagement scope.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in engagement, program or project management, consulting, or technical account management.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S. senior leaders.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
• Availability to work overlapping U.S. business hours, preferably Eastern or Central Time.
