Client Facing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Client Facing Executive to act as the primary point of contact for our customers in Lahore. The role focuses on building strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Facilitate client meetings and gather requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide timely updates on project status and progress.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and ensure efficient resolution.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights for service improvement.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• Less than 1 year of client‑facing experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
