Client Operations Specialist (Karachi)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional client service and keep operational processes running smoothly. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate data entry in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client queries via WhatsApp and CRM platforms with clear, professional communication.
• Collect, verify, and document order details to prevent errors and enable smooth processing.
• Maintain and update order statuses and records in the CRM system or Google Sheets.
• Review and edit client‑submitted content using internal guidelines and AI tools to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to process orders according to specifications.
• Track payments, follow up with clients on pending amounts, and ensure financial processes stay on track.
• Escalate unclear, non‑compliant, or complex requests to the appropriate teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistent operational quality.
