About the role

A healthcare client based in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, is hiring a confident, well-presented and professional Client Relations Executive. The role involves communicating with potential and existing clients about healthcare services and medical procedures, converting inquiries into appointments and coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth client experience. Working hours are 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing clients about healthcare services and medical procedures.
• Explain available procedures and guide clients by answering their questions.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain effective communication.
• Convert inquiries into appointments through professional client handling.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• Good educational background; no specific degree or professional qualification required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and professional personality.
• Sales, client-facing and closing experience preferred.
