Client Services Associate (On‑Site)

About the role

We are seeking a polished communicator to serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client. In this client‑facing position you will build trusted relationships, understand client needs and ensure a smooth service experience using a range of digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for an assigned client, fostering long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism, empathy and urgency, delivering timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly via Zoom, Google Meet, email and chat.
• Utilise CRMs, productivity platforms and other web‑based applications to manage accounts, tasks and workflows.
• Learn and adopt new software solutions to support client operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain client reports, documentation and records with high attention to detail.
• Monitor feedback, identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities to support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in client services, account management, customer success or virtual assistance.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proactive learner with a customer‑first mindset.
