About the role

ABS International, a US‑based company with over 15 years of uninterrupted operations, is hiring Call Center Agents for its US process. The role offers a genuine opportunity to build a long‑term career in international calling with a stable, established organization.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US‑based clients or customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve queries, share information, or support client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets in a structured environment.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience on every call.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a calling‑based role such as sales, customer support, telecalling, BPO voice process, or appointment setting.
• Fluent, professional English for daily conversations with US contacts.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours (6 PM – 2 AM) and meeting performance targets.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and professional on calls.
• Willing to work permanently on‑site, six days a week.
