Client Success Executive (Night Shift)

About the role

Cedar Financial is hiring a Client Success Executive (Client Success Specialist) for its night shift, based onsite at The Enterprise Building near Thokar Niaz Baig Main Multan Road in Lahore. The specialist builds and maintains relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and handling both reactive tasks such as deadlines and problem solving, and proactive work such as improving the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with the services offered.
• Act as the main point of contact, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional way.
• Communicate regularly with clients to give account updates and answer questions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's services and offerings.
• Work closely with other departments so that client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and recommend improvements to management.
• Handle client revival and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client success, support or account coordination role.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience; alternatively, 3+ years of procurement experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the ARM industry and/or debt collection.
• 2+ years of experience in management and/or leading a department.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills with clients, stakeholders and internal departments.
• Attention to detail, including spotting errors in client documentation.
• Organizational skills to manage priorities, meet deadlines and keep records and reports.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during onboarding.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies, and a customer-focused, adaptable, team-player approach.
