Client Success Manager – 3

About the role

The Client Success Manager – 3 (CSM‑3) at Zones is a senior, client‑facing position responsible for the overall health of client accounts, driving growth, retention and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing clients by applying Zones’ sales methodology and executing development strategies.
• Onboard new clients, follow up leads same‑day, and coordinate staffing opportunities between client and partner.
• Manage client relationships day‑to‑day, understand client business and hierarchy, and act as first point of contact for escalations.
• Partner with OEMs and pricing program managers to maintain accurate client pricing programs.
• Oversee inventory, forecast meetings, returns lifecycle and ensure compliance with Zones’ policies.
• Maintain task timelines, communications, issue logs and up‑to‑date SOPs/knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 5+ years of order management or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and handle high volume of inbound inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
