Client Success Manager Trainee

About the role

Zones, a global IT solution provider and MBE operating in more than 120 countries, is hiring a Client Success Manager Trainee. The role focuses on client satisfaction and success, covering order processing, relationship building, customer needs, inventory management and project management. It is a graduate-level position with a strong emphasis on new accounts during the first 6 months and at-risk accounts on the Service Desk.

Key responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: process orders and quotes accurately and on time, create quotes and orders, meet SLAs on quote delivery and order placement, monitor open orders and expedite where needed, and keep customers and Sales informed.
• Relationship building: interact with customers daily, establish relationships across departments, and coordinate team interactions with accounts.
• Customer service: act as the first point of contact for customer issues, understand the Zones Service Catalog, engage Sales on service needs, and provide timely reporting.
• Sourcing: handle off-catalog customer requests, maintain the custom catalog on Zones Connect, process project worksheets for inventory allocation, and support hardware and software contract activities.
• Project management: plan accounts, grow and maintain the pipeline, uncover future needs, identify ways to increase profitability, use Zones automation to serve customers, and coordinate with PMO or Enterprise Operations on new customer rollouts.

Required profile

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or another field.
• Experience in enterprise-level sales; minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and to meet aggressive deadlines.
