Client Support Executive – Night Shift

About the role

The Client Support Executive provides timely, efficient assistance to customers, troubleshooting product or service issues while working a night‑shift schedule that ensures 24/7 coverage. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a high‑quality experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support via phone, email and live chat.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries, technical issues and service requests promptly.
• Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and system changes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential client‑impacting problems.
• Adhere to the night‑shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and ensure smooth handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Customer Service or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client or technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or help‑desk platforms (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with IT systems and software troubleshooting.
