Clinic Manager – Full‑time, DHA Karachi

About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead daily operations of Immunocure’s clinic located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager ensures a smooth patient journey, efficient front‑desk processes and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling and front‑desk activities to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, billing processes and resource utilization to support financial sustainability.
• Maintain accurate records, operational reports and address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Resident of Karachi, within a 30‑minute drive to DHA Phase 6.
• Recent graduate, preferably under 35 years of age.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional and empathetic communication.
• Proven organizational and time‑management abilities in a clinical setting.

Required skills

• Basic budgeting and financial management.
• Effective communication with patients, staff and leadership.
• Experience in staff training, coaching and performance support.
