Clinical Analyst – EHR / Healthcare Technology

About the role

CareCloud is looking for a Clinical Analyst to act as the bridge between clinical operations and technology. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, product managers and engineers to translate real‑world clinical needs into effective EHR solutions that improve workflow efficiency and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows within EHR/EMR systems.
• Gather requirements from clinicians and technical teams, documenting use cases, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Identify workflow gaps, usability issues and automation opportunities.
• Support user‑acceptance testing, workflow validation and product release verification.
• Evaluate existing EHR functionality and recommend enhancements to improve provider experience.
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams, business requirements and user stories.
• Investigate workflow‑related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, Health Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician practices and EHR/EMR systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, UAT or product validation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
