Clinical Provider (Counsellor / Clinical Psychologist)

About the role

Intellect Care is seeking qualified counsellors or clinical psychologists to deliver 1‑on‑1 mental health support via telehealth or onsite sessions. You will work with a collaborative clinical team to expand access to quality mental health care for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth or onsite therapy for clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to refine the platform, client programs, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
• Support employee wellbeing by offering stress‑management and resilience coaching.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s qualification, including practicum/internship.
• Valid and active professional licence for the country of practice.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) or Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Experience working with adult clients, EAP settings, or managerial coaching is preferred.
