About the role
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support a global AI leader on a contract basis. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production infrastructure that powers next‑generation AI models. This is a remote position with an hourly rate of $25‑$50.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support production servers, containers, storage, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond quickly to incidents and alerts, leading resolution efforts to minimize downtime.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and oversee container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to drive automation and improve system reliability.
- Maintain and enhance internal tooling and platform services.
Required profile
- Strong background in Linux system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins.
- Experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
