Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments. The role ensures security, performance, scalability, and availability of enterprise systems while supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, manage and optimise cloud (Azure, Office 365) and on‑premise infrastructure (VMware, servers, storage, networking).
• Administer Microsoft services including Entra ID, Azure App Services, Functions, DevOps, Key Vault, Exchange Server, Teams, Intune, SCCM and SCOM.
• Maintain Active Directory, user access controls, MFA, endpoint protection and compliance policies.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, identify improvement opportunities and lead incident resolution.
• Oversee backup, restoration and disaster‑recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, system integrations and modernisation projects with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define cloud strategy, technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience managing hybrid cloud environments and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and business continuity best practices.
