Cluster Head – Quality Assurance

About the role

Gatronova is looking for an experienced Cluster Head – Quality Assurance to lead quality governance across several manufacturing sites in Pakistan. The role will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance and Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve Quality Assurance and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality policies, regulatory requirements and internationally recognised standards.
• Manage and maintain certifications such as ISO 9001 and food safety certifications.
• Lead internal, external, customer and certification audits, ensuring successful outcomes and timely closure of findings.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor quality performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Corporate functions to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Develop, mentor and coach site quality teams to build capability and promote operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of multiple sites or business units.
