Cold Caller & Apollo Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller & Apollo Specialist to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through outbound outreach and supporting the sales pipeline with high‑quality appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce our services.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads using cold outreach techniques.
• Utilize Apollo.io to identify target companies, decision‑makers, and build prospect lists.
• Verify and maintain accurate contact information in Apollo and our CRM.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Execute email outreach and follow‑up campaigns through Apollo.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, emails, and lead status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
• Hands‑on experience with Apollo.io (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
