Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are a family‑like Upwork agency focused on cold outreach for small‑and‑medium businesses. We are looking for an honest, career‑oriented Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team on the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective SMB clients.
• Set qualified appointments and ensure prospects attend the scheduled meetings.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with relevant information.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets and earn performance bonuses.
• Collaborate with the mentorship team to continuously improve call techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English.
• Serious, career‑oriented attitude with no time‑wasting.
• Reliable punctuality and readiness to work night hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and follow mentorship guidance.

Required skills

• On‑site work at our office in Lahore (108 Orange Square, Singhpura).
• Salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, plus bonuses.
