Cold Caller – Digital Marketing Campaign (10 openings)

About the role

DevBazar is seeking energetic Cold Callers to join its Digital Marketing Campaign team. You will work night shifts, contacting prospective clients, generating leads and converting them into customers for digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential clients using assigned leads and sales channels.
• Promote and sell digital marketing services to prospects.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain professional relationships and communication with prospects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Record leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities accurately.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a digital marketing campaign or similar sales role.
• Proven ability to communicate with prospects and convert leads.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Effective sales and negotiation abilities.
• Lead generation and conversion capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month.
• 4% commission on sales (paid in USD).
• Full‑time night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday‑Friday).
