Cold Caller – Digital Marketing Campaign (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Cold Caller to join our digital marketing campaign team in Johar Town, Lahore. The role operates on a night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and focuses on generating qualified leads and setting appointments with business owners and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in targeted industries.
• Engage decision‑makers, present our digital marketing solutions, and handle objections.
• Identify and qualify leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior executives.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work independently during night hours.
• Experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Ability to handle objections and persuade prospects.
