Cold Caller for USA Campaign (6 months experience)

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a full‑time Cold Caller to join its Lahore office and support a USA‑focused campaign. You will contact potential and existing healthcare clients, introduce the company’s billing and revenue‑cycle‑management services, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up calls or appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. healthcare clients following scripted messaging and compliance guidelines.
• Document call outcomes, update lead records and maintain accurate logs in the company CRM or call‑tracking system.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets while providing feedback on lead quality.
• Collaborate with sales and billing teams to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in an international call‑center, BPO or outbound calling environment, preferably serving U.S. clients.
• Strong verbal communication and a clear, confident phone presence suitable for U.S. callers.
• Fluency in English with a good accent and comprehension.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
• Availability to work shifts aligned with U.S. time zones and to work on‑site in Lahore.
