Cold Caller – GoHighLevel & Digital Services Focus

About the role

The Cold Caller will promote Lime Software Logics' GoHighLevel (GHL) and digital service solutions, generating qualified leads for the sales team through outbound phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a structured script.
• Conduct brief needs assessments and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Schedule follow‑up conversations or product demos for the sales team.
• Handle initial objections professionally and relay feedback to marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence.
• Proven sales or lead‑generation abilities, including cold calling and objection handling.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Technical literacy with familiarity of CRM platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Organised, able to meet call targets and keep accurate records.
• High school diploma; additional business, marketing or IT education is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking leads and activities.
