Cold Caller / Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, resilient Cold Caller to join our outreach team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, making outbound calls, handling objections, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to pre‑qualified lead lists.
• Deliver a concise elevator pitch, identify decision‑makers, and assess prospect needs.
• Handle objections confidently and reframe value propositions on the fly.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls or demos on Account Executives' calendars.
• Log call outcomes, updates, and notes accurately in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs for call volume and booked meetings.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound cold‑calling, telemarketing, or inside‑sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Exceptional spoken English, active listening, and tone control.
• Proven resilience to high call volumes and rejection rates.
• Suitable remote work setup: high‑speed internet, quiet environment, reliable computer, noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with auto‑dialer tools like Kixie, PhoneBurner, or Mojo.
