About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cold Caller to join our sales team in Lahore. The position focuses on outbound B2B outreach within the IT sector, contacting international prospects and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the IT sector.
• Handle international calls confidently and work across multiple time zones.
• Engage prospects in English, presenting service offerings and gathering interest.
• Utilize CRM and outreach tools to record interactions and track lead progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably B2B/IT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and target‑oriented.
