Cold Caller

About the role

The Cold Caller will work on‑site in Karachi South District, contacting prospects by phone to introduce XoventaTech’s technology services and generate interest. This contract role supports the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling follow‑up conversations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects following provided scripts.
• Introduce XoventaTech’s services and generate interest.
• Capture key prospect information and update records in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Meet daily call volume and conversion targets while maintaining professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer support focused on lead generation or appointment setting.
• Resilience and persistence in high‑volume calling environments.
• Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with sales and marketing teams.
• Secondary school diploma or higher; sales or communications training is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and databases.
