About the role
iSolutionYou is expanding its team in Lahore and is looking for motivated individuals to fill multiple on‑site positions such as cold caller, lead generator, and business development executive. The roles involve contacting prospects, setting appointments, generating leads, and supporting sales growth during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Cold calling and appointment setting for potential clients.
- Generating qualified leads across various channels.
- Executing email marketing campaigns.
- Creating and managing social media content.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately.
- Driving business development initiatives and closing deals.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the specific role applied for.
- Strong communication skills and professional work ethics.
- Punctual, motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to reliably work the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
