Cold Caller (Lead Generation Executive)

About the role

Lime Software Logics, a fast‑growing design and development agency, is seeking a results‑driven Cold Caller to generate international leads and expand its client base. You will work night shifts, contacting potential B2C customers and presenting our custom web and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce design and development services.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate communication records in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Proven track record selling digital services, preferably design or development.
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with cold‑outreach tools and remote collaboration platforms.
• Basic understanding of web, app and branding development processes.
