Cold Caller – Outbound Sales for US Clients

About the role
Join the sales team of a Karachi‑based digital agency as an on‑site Cold Caller. You will focus on outbound telephone outreach to US‑based businesses, generating qualified leads for website, software, app development, and digital marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to assigned prospect lists.
- Introduce company services and qualify opportunities with decision‑makers.
- Record qualification details, interest level, and follow‑up tasks in the CRM.
- Book appointments and demos for the US sales team and coordinate schedules across time zones.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs such as dials and qualified leads.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound telemarketing or B2B sales development.
- Strong English communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to meet volume and lead‑generation KPIs.
- Disciplined time and task management, resilient and coachable.
- Reliable internet connection and headset for clear calls.
