Cold Caller – Outbound Sales

About the role

The Cold Caller position at LoopVerseDigital is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karachi. You will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s services, and qualify leads according to defined criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and workflows, documenting conversations in the CRM or tracking tools.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments for the sales team and gather information on client needs.
• Handle basic objections, build rapport, and ensure accurate record‑keeping of call logs and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to refine messaging and share prospect feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Urdu.
• Customer service and sales support capabilities, including objection handling and lead qualification.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, follow scripts, and maintain detailed records.
• Minimum high school diploma; college degree or sales certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
• Comfort working with call logs, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
