Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our on‑site team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing Modus Venture’s software, design, and marketing services and generating qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following approved scripts to identify client needs and interest.
• Document call outcomes and update lead information in the CRM or call‑tracking system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Meet daily call‑volume and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English with a confident phone presence.
• Basic sales techniques, lead generation, and objection‑handling skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, active listening, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; business or marketing education is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with call‑tracking tools.
• Basic computer literacy, including spreadsheets and email.
