Cold Caller (Remote, US Time Zone)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our recruitment team on a fully remote basis. You will work US business hours, reaching out to prospects and setting discovery appointments for our staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to US‑based prospects from provided and self‑sourced lead lists.
• Deliver a concise pitch that introduces our staffing and recruitment services.
• Identify companies with hiring needs and qualify them against ideal client criteria (size, roles, urgency, budget).
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision‑makers such as founders, HR heads, and hiring managers.
• Handle objections confidently and book discovery appointments directly onto the sales calendar.
• Execute follow‑up sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn for unresponsive leads.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of every touchpoint, including outcomes and next steps.
• Report daily and weekly KPIs and share market feedback with the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience in a recruiting or staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of staffing services (contingency vs. retained search, fee structures, guarantees).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and a professional phone presence.
• Full availability for US EST or CST business hours, Monday‑Friday.
• Reliable laptop, quality headset, quiet workspace, and stable high‑speed internet.
• Resilient, target‑driven mindset comfortable with daily high‑volume outreach.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRMs and dialers (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, Mojo).

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 USD per month, based on experience.
