Cold Caller – Sales & Appointment Setter (Night Shift)

About the role

You will be the front‑line voice of the company, reaching out to prospects during a night shift (7 PM – 4 AM). The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying them, and booking appointments for the sales team while maintaining a high level of professionalism on every call.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call and outreach via phone, email and other channels using both provided and self‑sourced leads.
• Research and identify new prospects to continuously build a strong pipeline.
• Qualify leads through natural conversation and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Handle objections, clearly communicate value propositions and move prospects to the next sales stage.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently to nurture leads.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling (mandatory).
• Fluent English – clear spoken and written communication.
• Strong conversational abilities and confidence speaking with strangers.
• Education: A‑Levels preferred; intermediate or university students with strong communication skills are welcome.
