Cold Caller & Sales Executive – PPC, SMM, GHL & Web

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller & Sales Executive to join Lime Software Logics in Karachi. You will promote our portfolio of IT and digital marketing services—including pay‑per‑click (PPC), social media marketing (SMM), GoHighLevel (GHL) automation, and web development—through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads for our IT and marketing solutions.
• Present service offerings, schedule demos or meetings, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and management teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling and telesales experience with the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Strong verbal English communication and client‑facing confidence.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a structured pipeline.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
